Shipping
We have chosen Australia Post as our preferred General Freight Method for Mainland Australia. For all International Orders, please contact us prior to placing order for a freight quotation.
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 working days from date of confirmed payment, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit.
All Orders are sent via Express Post. Registered post is available upon request.
A Signature may be required upon order delivery, so please ensure you have given us an address that is usually attended during working hours.
Our standard Packing and Shipping charge for mainland Australia is $14.95.
Please note that for registered, heavy or multiple orders an extra charge will apply.
You will be e-mailed with the relevant shipping charges and the goods will not be shipped until after you have approved the quotation and payment is received.
Returns and Refunds
All returns must be pre-approved by the Natural Healing Centre prior to despatch.
Only items that are un-opened, un-damaged or faulty will be accepted for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping, and must be returned within 7 days to 14 days of purchase.
