Iridology: By looking at the coloured parts of the eye, the iris, a Naturopath can tell how the internal organs of the body are functioning and which areas need attention. This is a diagnostic procedure that can be used to identify problems and act in a preventative way before they become diseases.

Nutritional Medicine: Involves using a correct diet and the right nutrition to prevent and treat illness. The body is capable of healing itself and remaining healthy if it is given the right food, vitamins and minerals.

Homeopathy: Is the fascinating science of curing illness and disease with very small amounts of herbs, minerals and elements that naturally stimulates the body's own healing powers.

Herbal Medicine: Covers all of the remarkable remedies from the plant world - remedies that have been used by healers for all kinds of problems for many centuries.

Bowen Therapy: A treatment that comprises sequences of small gentle moves, each at a specific site on the body. There is no forceful manipulation, just a light maneuvering of the muscle, tendons or ligaments; pleasant to the recipient.

Natural Drug Withdrawal: This involves the reduction of drugs with the use of vitamins and minerals at correct doses for the individual patient. It is totally natural.

Cleansing and Detoxification: This can include a Liver Cleanse or Gallbladder Cleanse, Cleansing and Lymphatic drainage, Kidney cleanse and Parasite cleanse.
